4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Restrictions

  • We currently cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain countries may have import restrictions; orders impacted may be canceled and refunded

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked β€œdelivered” but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Wait 24 hours in case of carrier scanning delays
  • Contact us at support@pridepackmarket.com and we will help investigate

We are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we’ll assist in resolving issues.
